1. Chicken Marinade
1 kilo - chicken wings
1 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - ground pepper

2. Fries
1/3 cup - cooking oil
2 cups - potatoes
1 cup - carrots
1 cup - bell pepper

3. Saute/ Simmer
2 tbsp - garlic
1 cup - shallot
marinated chicken wings
1 tbsp - spicy chili powder
1/2 cup - pineapple juice
1 cup - water
2 tbsp - fish sauce/ Patis
2 cups - coconut milk (or evap milk)
fries
4 pcs - pineapple slices
1 tsp - chicken powder
1/2 tsp - ground pepper

Cooking Time: approximately 1 hour & 20 minutes
