✹Synopsis:

Alicia Clark is a pogue living off the Cut, who happens to be good friends with a certain Sarah Cameron. After introducing herself to Rafe Cameron, she finds herself infatuated with him, and he finds himself intrigued by her impulsivities.

After a while, Alicia notices his behaviour changing, so she follows him. She witnesses him killing Sheriff Peterkin and loses all trust in him. He gaslights and manipulates Alicia into believing he was right, but Alicia can't let it go, until he apologizes, reeling her in once more.

Rafe's psychopathic tendencies never end and the relationship remains toxic, but Alicia doesn't stop investigating and finds Rafe hiding a body once more. She pretends to love him, until he threatens her with a knife, shocking Sarah and putting a pause in their friendship.

Rafe's suspicions begin to arise about Alicia, as he believes she's just in the relationship for the gold. The more time Alicia spends with him, the more she hallucinates him killing her, frightening her even more. When Sarah returns in her life, Alicia swears to her that she'll make things right and join the pogues, leaving Rafe behind.
