This was one of just three office buildings I filmed on Halloween where I escaped the fate of 330As. It's located across the street from Manassas Mall with entrances on both the bottom and top floors. They're in great shape, though both padded with seemingly unfinished ceilings, don't know if that's by design or what. Also both tall with tall doors, which is interesting for a building like this. I ran a speed test afterwards and they surprisingly returned a result of 170FPM. That might be 175FPM running slightly below spec, since I know Dover/TK/TKE always had and still have 100, 125, 150, 175, 200FPM as options for their inground hydros. Given the high speed, I'm a little surprised these are submersible, I'm used to the dry powered installs on my college campus for most high or fast installs lol. They were also installed in 2007 - just before the endura took the place of the oildraulic
