Nestled in a tranquil corner of a gated colony , this Kerala-style house effortlessly captures the essence of tradition and modernity. The elevation showcases a perfect fusion of exposed brick and concrete finishes, creating a timeless appeal. The charupadi at the entrance welcomes you into a haven of natural beauty, surrounded by meticulously landscaped gardens that breathe life into the property.

Stepping inside, the interior seamlessly carries forward the aesthetic with brick and stone cladding, emphasizing a connection to the outdoors. The teak wood veneer finish imparts a luxurious touch, striking a balance with the rugged charm of the exposed brick walls.

The heart of the home, the double-height living and dining room, exudes grandeur. Pendant lights and a carefully selected chandelier illuminate the space, accentuating the richness of the brick and wood textures.
