Sharing how much money I spend and earn in a month as 25 year old PhD student living at home in Dublin Ireland. It's a lot more than I expected that's for sure. I broke it down into the following categories: toiletries, dog, groceries, take-away food, entertainment subscriptions, books and movies, youtube equipment, work from home setup, bedroom furniture and more. This is not me bragging just sharing my experiences. I understand not everyone is in the same situation and I am very fortunate.

The best thing in terms of managing your money as a millennial is to regularly check up on ALL your spending because there will often be areas where you can reduce that you wouldn't notice if you didn't check. For example I can see I am spending way too much on take-aways and more than needed in a few other areas.
