The Alipore Central Correctional Home (Alipore Jail) is a national historic landmark located in Alipore (Kolkata). This 116-year-old building, along with the Presidency Jail, is on the Grade I list of heritage sites of Kolkata. Now Alipore jail premises have been developed as Alipore Museum by West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation (WBHIDCO) and it was inaugurated on 21st September 2022. The main attractions at the museum are the Netaji exhibit hall, Gallows, the light-and-sound show with a seating gallery, decorative lighting inside cells, and a landscape lighting decoration behind the watch tower. Also, there are some bookshops/library and cafes on the premises.
