In this video I will breakdown the $14 Billion STORE Capital transaction to take the company private, which resulted in a nice 20% spike in shares of STOR.

I am really excited about both of these REIT. The first being Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) which is a blue-chip bio-tech office REIT and the other is a small cap net lease REIT, built very similar to that of STORE Capital and Realty Income (O).
