This is a video is based on the making of Ghanaian Authentic Palm Nut Soup or Ghanaian ABENKWAN Recipe which was paired with fufu and it was so so delicious.
This Ghanaian local soup is made from palm kernels from our backyard garden in Accra, Ghana.
To preserve and prevent them from going bad, we cooked and pounded the palm kernels and then stored them in plastic bags in our freezer till it's use in today's video so you can do same for up to 6 months and it will still taste amazing.
This soup is started off with our local Ghanaian Authentic light soup recipe (full video linked below) as the base soup after cooking the meat and fish with our local spices (recipe linked below), and the the diluted palm nut soup base is added with fresh cooked and blended tomatoes to complete the recipe.

Adwene (smoked catfish)
Yemade3 (cow tripe)
Toolo Beef
Wele (cowhide)
Salmon
Gyeene (onions)
Abe - Already cooked, pounded and frozen palm nuts (full details can be found in the old version of this video)
Kantoose (Turkey berries)
Makodwenye (Dried red pepper)
Pr3k3s3 (Two pieces of aidan fruit)
Momoni or cured fish
Some natural spices to taste.
