EDIT: In hindsight I neglected to go over the block stat. Ideally, you'll want at least 75% effective block chance from Justice Lantern (JL), Hold You Ground (passive), and your shield of choice. While having more will boost toughness when using JL, it won't positively affect Ivory Tower procs; thus, having beyond 75% block will not net you more damage. Additionally, you'll want to keep track of how much innate block chance your shield has: it ranges from 10% to 20% for most shields. Thus, if it only comes with a base of 10%, you'll want to look for a better offhand (unless it is ideal otherwise). Lastly, the standard setup I shared in the video had 66% block chance while the GR demo had 50%. Thus, having less than ideal block % is okay, but it is a stat you want to maximize.
