This is what worked for Jenny (featured in the video above) and may work for you --
1. Contact your payment processor right away (e.g. paypal or credit card company).
2. That should alert FB that there was a fraudulent charge, which then triggers FB to contact you that your account was scammed.
3. Then follow their instructions to reverse the charges and get your Ad account reinstated...
