This weapon is MUCH more successful at finding slightly varied use on every Thief build. Hopefully we won't see every single thief Elite spec use it as the optimal weapon, though.

I forgot to put a rank 10 Jade Bot core in bank, so I'm missing like 1% non-Poison condition duration, sad.

Rotation is pretty simple, just repeating the canonical 2224231

We pop into Shroud just for the 2 & 4 cooldowns because autoing in Shroud is terrible.

I disabled my autocast because I find the spear autos incredibly distracting.

If you have Hide in Shadows, replace 3 with one more 2.

Stealth attack can be interrupted by anything EVEN PRESSING 1 AGAIN

Spear 4 is ludicrously overpowered, 1.5 sec daze for 2 init

Damage is really good, but Core Shadow Arts, Daredevil, and Deadeye are stronger.

Specter is really held back by its emphasis on Torment damage for damage scaling. It just can't fly above the rest of the pack.
