Reel life stories seems to be shaping up in real life as well for the tragedy queen, late Nirupa Roy whose real-life sons have now turned against each other over a property dispute.
Her sons Yogesh and Kiran who were embroiled in a dispute over her spacious apartment at Nepean Sea Road, Mumbai, are now staking claims over her bedroom.
After the actress’s husband Kamal died in 2015, son Kiran moved to the High Court, alleging his elder brother of "threatening and intimidating" him to gain "complete control" of the house.
The petition which was filed through advocate Zulfiquar Memon who said that Nirupa had left all her properties to Kiran, and husband Kamal Roy in his last will too named Kiran as the sole owner of the house.
However, the keys of the apartment are still with the elder son Yogesh, but the court’s orders are still awaited.
