SWIMMING POOL

INGREDIENTS

.75 oz/22.5 ml Vodka
.75 oz/22.5 ml Light Rum
2 oz/60 ml Pineapple Juice
.75 oz/22.5 ml Heavy Cream
.75 oz/22.5 ml Coconut Cream
.5 oz/15 ml Blue Curacao

METHOD

1. Pour all ingredients except Blue Curacao into shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Free Pour into Glass of your choice over crushed Ice.
4. Drizzle Blue Curacao over the top of the drink to create the marbled look.
5. Garnish with Pineapple slice and fronds.
