Using the 'Read PDF Text' activity, where we specify the file name, we read the PDF into a string.

Using the Matches activity and RegEx we search the PDF, to be splitted, for a unique keyword that is present in all pages (e.g. "Page 1"), we count the numbers of pages in the PDF.
