Back in 2016, Code Of Bell founder Shiro Suzuki changed the sling bag space forever with the launch of his innovative “carrywear” line – specifically in the case of the X-Pod sling bag. Designed to function as a wearable extension of your pockets, the bag eschewed excess bulk and storage capacity in the pursuit of versatile, purpose-built functionality. These days, it’s widely cited as one of the most well-designed slings on the market. Is it worth it, though, at nearly $150? We find out for ourselves.
