𐐪𐑂 HEYYYY! as requested here is a longer video! i also talk about my mindset (also very requested hehe). to anyone going through a breakup, I am here for you! however, healing and moving on is all determined by your mindset. the more you let go, meet your emotions without pushing away and chasing distractions, the more you realise that love and happiness comes from within. you do not need external factors and instant gratifications to be happy, as everything you need is within you. however, it also takes time, patience, strength, and open-mindedness to do this. you may think bottling up or avoiding your emotions is a sign of strength, but it is the complete opposite and will come back to bite! put yourself first, i believe in you!💓
