"Bloodline" is the tenth chapter of A Plague Tale: Requiem.

Plot
Amicia, Hugo, and Sophia search for a round tower to help Hugo after his distressing dream. They find ruins of a tower but no clear answers. Hugo remains upset as they continue along the coast, feeling burdened by the truth. The group encounters slavers led by Milo, who believes in sacrificing slaves to summon the "Child" foretold in a fresco. Angered by the slavers' cruelty, Hugo summons a horde of rats to kill them. This shocks Sophia, who had been unaware of Hugo's power.

They reach a fort, where Milo recognizes Hugo as the Child and tries to align with him. Sophia and Amicia fight Milo and his men, with Hugo ultimately using his rats to destroy the fort. They escape on a rowboat, where Hugo laments that the island hasn't changed him. Sophia reassures him and advises Amicia to better control her actions for Hugo's sake.
