Custom Star Wars Lego T-65 X-WING Star Fighter Showcase

In this video I showcase Jerac's beautiful Lego minifigure scale T-65 X-wing custom model. I also cover optional design changes and part substitutions (for expensive parts) that can be done to save you some money if you are purchasing parts from BrickLink to build this model.

Optional part substitutions & extra parts for the design changes I talk about in this video:

@steps 2-3: the 3x Technic, Gear 12 Tooth Bevel (#6589) in Medium Stone Grey can be replaced with the same part in a Tan color (cheaper)

After step 48 for the 4x Engine Exhausts, @ step 1, omit the Technic, Bush (#3713) in Bright Red, and replace it with a Small Nose Cone (#64288) in Transparent Bright Orange (4x $64288 parts are needed)
Again for the 4x Engine Exhausts, @ step 4, omit the 2x2 Spoked Wheels (#30155) in Medium Stone Grey, and add +1x Round Plates (#4032) at both steps 3 & 5 (8x extra #4032 parts are needed)

After step 53 for the 4x Laser Cannons, @ steps 2 & 3, replace the Technic, 1x1 Bricks (#6541) in Black with the same part but in Medium Stone Grey (8x extra #6541 parts in Medium Stone Grey are needed)
Again for the 4x Laser Cannons, @ step5 omit the 11mm D. Wheel (#42610) in Medium Stone Grey. Replace this with 1x 1x1 Plate (#3024) in Medium Stone Grey + 1x 1x1 Plate (#3024) in White + 1x 1x1 Round Tile (#98138) in Medium Stone Grey (4x extra #3024 in Medium Stone Grey + 4x extra #3024 in White + 4x extra #98138 in Medium Stone Grey are needed)
Again for the 4x Laser Cannons, @ step 7 omit the Technic, Gear 12 Tooth Bevel (#6589) in Medium Stone Grey. Also omit the 2x2 Spoked Wheels (#30155) in Medium Stone Grey. Replace these parts with a 11mm D. Wheel (#42610) in Medium Stone Grey (4x extra #42610 are needed OR use the wheels from the change above). Note you will still need the pin shown @ step 8.

NOTES:
I'm referring to the instructions for the white color scheme version of the model. The step numbers and parts may be slightly different for the grey color scheme versions of the model - but for the key expensive parts they are shared across all color schemes for the model.
Color - Medium Stone Grey (Lego color) = Light Bluish Grey in BrickLink
