Coolest Progress Circle or Progress Bar - Blender Tutorial

I hope the transparent bloom trick helps you all out when you try to create this.
There are other ways of creating this, such as using boolean modifiers and many other techniques, but I found this to be a viable option that was the least CPU-intensive.
