Barrister Mian Waleed Ashraf is an enterprising law expert who has dynamic and diverse legal experience. Barrister Waleed did his LL.B. (Hons) from City University of London and then went to become a barrister from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Barrister Waleed also completed a Masters in Law from City University of London. He has worked in HaiderMotaBNR, one of the top law firms in Pakistan and Asia. He also worked in Cornelius, Lane and Mufti while he was working on his LL.B Honors from City University of London. Waleed is a passionate litigator primarily in Banking Court, Constitutional, Property and Civil law, Company registrations and transactional work. Waleed has lead multiple corporate organizations through legal queries in Labor laws, Banking, Taxation and Company Law along with the litigation associated with several matters. As a legal advisor, Waleed counselled many leading corporations including but not limited to DFID, Samsung and Servis Pakistan and, Pakistan Petroleum Limited. He also took part in advising into Baldia Town matter and worked with Packages on their land and property matters in their move from Lahore to Kasur. Waleed has established himself as a partner at NWMS after establishing the one of a kind Law clinic at Blackstone School of Law and served there as a director of Law Clinic. He is also a visiting faculty at the Blackstone School of law, teaching Civil Litigation to aspiring barristers as part of their Bar Transfer Course.
