What to Pack for Everest Base Camp Trek - EBC Packing List

Are you planning to do the Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal but have no idea what to pack? Don't worry! In this video, I share my ultimate Everest Base Camp packing list, based on my recent trip in May 2023.

I run through all the essential items you'll need to stay safe and comfortable on your EBC hike, what to wear on the trek, and share my top tips and useful info to optimise your packing. I give my opinion on boots vs trail runners, Diamox, and any items I brought with me that I would leave behind if I did it again.

I hope you find this video helpful!
