Can anyone relate? Guarding your heart from the settling of your soul.. separating the two can be challenging. Feeling the depth of a feeling & processing the flow of the heart. Filtering the issues of my heart through the Holy Spirit, through the truth of the word & through community to be accountable Vs what feels natural. Inviting Him in ❤️

Scriptures below:

Proverbs 4:23 “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

Philippians 2:13 “Therefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”

Matthew 26:39 “And He went a little farther, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as Thou wilt.”

Jesus felt anger, he felt the depth of every emotion.. and still He surrendered to our Fathers will. May we continue to learn how to surrender the details of hearts and know God has the final say. Love y’all!

Also I said the Holy Spirit prompted Jesus to say yes & that’s not biblically correct as the comforter came after He rose. So forgive me on that ✨
