Megavac video - Truth or Fiction?

Over the years, many people have shared with me various health videos and postings on the internet and social media. Some of these are truly educational but many are utter nonesense. One such video that has been brought to my attention time and time again is the Megavac video that highlights the use of a device that removes blood clots from the heart arteries.
