In this inspiring 5-minute mini documentary, hear from farmers and health care professionals about the movement called Food is Medicine growing across the United States. By design, these programs are changing our approach to health care and nutrition from reactive to preventative and focused on results. As more than 2 million Americans were diagnosed with cancer in 2024, and as more than 28 million suffer from diabetes, it's clear that a true paradigm shift s needed.

In this documentary, you'll hear from leading voices in this movement who are connecting prescription food programs to regenerative farms and ranchers, systems that are proving to carry more capacity for nutritious food due to their focus on soil health, soil microbiology, and systems that don't require synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.
