i have bought 2 times jetmac jpg1065 , from SUI U machinery

their customer service is good and responsible sseller , after sales also good ,

i warn anybody who want to buy from a lazada seller called knight auto :
this seller i buy a bg328 grass cutter , i receive it cant start , the seller rude chinese but talk malay to me , what is rude is he say u not suitable because u dont know start a carburetor / motor ,
i bring to motorcycle shop to get it checked , is spark plug faulty but the seller knight auto mr ng denied it , i ask for rm10 compensation n claim , he say how about my consultation?

i use the grass cutter for 1 session it overheat and stopped working , after grass cuttter stop working for whatever reason , all the petrol+ 2T oil leaked fastly in the middle plastic triangle cap down , i tell seller he say just dont place sideway ,

he say me send back , but i used it already cannot return n cannot refund ,

then i tried next day , i screw the middle cap myself open and screw back tighter , tested can run , told the seller but he send some comment in whatsapp 3 lines but he remove the 3 comment ,

i think the seller (knight auto) is rude and disrespectful ,

SUI u machinery and Maribest is the best seller and they compensate for minor issue and verey responsible , knight auto sucks
