Pop’s chicken box

On this episode Chef Ron and the crew traveled from hampton roads Virginia to hopewell New Jersey to check out Pop’s chicken box. We had no idea this place existed until a friend told us. Let me tell you we were EVERYTHING but disappointed! We got the loaded fries w/ chicken & shrimp. We also got the triple combo w/ fries. On the first bite of the combo fries we IMMEDIATELY knew this place was a 10/10! From the atmosphere, customer service, food itself, EVERYTHING was just PERFECT! We also had the tropical tea that was amazing. As we were doing our review the owner came and asked had we changed our minds and decided to dine in. Chef explained to her that we came from Virginia just to do a review for them. She immediately hit their dessert fridge and brought us a banana pudding and strawberry banana pudding. I’m not big on sweets but i know the Mrs would enjoy them. Now she doesn’t eat just anyone’s desserts! So when she emptied that banana pudding container i knew it was a missile. Overall we are giving this place a 10/10!!! We can’t wait to go back and support this black owned business! POP’S CHICKEN BOX
