Homemade garlic sauce/cubes

自製蒜蓉/蒜蓉粒

材料:
蒜頭3大個

首先要準備:
1. 攪拌器
2. 電磁爐
3. 有蓋製冰器

程序:
1. 在電磁爐上,放大不鏽鋼盤,加入大滾水大火滾起。
2. 放攪拌器蓋子、刀片及玻璃碗,在大滾水內,烚一烚。
3. 所有器皿,用風筒吹乾。
4. 蒜頭,放攪拌器內,打碎,半分鐘後,搖一搖容器,繼續再打碎。
5. 蒜蓉,放入真空玻璃瓶,加入生油至滿,鎖好蓋,搖勻。
6. 剩下的蒜蓉,放入有蓋製冰容器,加入適量生油,放冰格儲存備用。
7. 完成。

Homemade garlic sauce/cubes:

Ingredients:
Garlics 3 big Nos.

Prepare in advance:
1. Blender
2. Induction cooker
3. Ice cube maker (with lid)

Steps:
1. Put a stainless steel bowl on the cooker, add in boiled-up water. Heat up at high flame.
2. Put lid, blades and glass bowl of the blender in the boiled-up water. Boil for a while.
3. All the equipment, blow dry.
4. Garlics, put in the blender, blend well. Shake the blender after half minute. Continue blending.
5. Garlic sauce, put in an vacuum air-tight glass ware. Add in oil up to total volume of the ware. Lock it properly. Shake well.
6. The remaining garlic sauce, put in an ice cube making ware with lid. Add in appropriate amount of oil. Put into freezer for future consumption.
7. Complete.
