Because of the many comments in our previous video talking about how difficult it is to talk to your parents about depression and Anxiety we've decided to make this video to help you get started. Whether you have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression or not, your feelings are important and you have to talk to your parents about it. That's why we're giving you some really helpful tips on how to make sure that you talk to them and that your talk will be a success. Even if you cannot talk to your parents we present some great ideas how you can find help from other places.
