This place in Bairro do Avillez has livened up Chiado’s evenings and nights
offering a new entertainment concept.

Every day, from 19:00 onwards, in a comfortable and intimate setting, José Avillez offers a Drinks Menu
with Special Cocktails, Wines, Craft Beers and small, varied gastronomic experiences full of flavour, wonder and fun
that can be enjoyed in the bar area or at the tables reserved for dinner.
This is not a traditional restaurant.
Here, nothing is what it seems.

Giant foie gras pearl and Golden hummus egg.
The best Roasted chicken like you’ve never imagined it: on a small crispy base with smoked cottage cheese paste.
Avocado tempura with dehydrated kimchi, coriander sprouts, lime and lemon.
An exotic Grilled vegetable curry and a delicious Wellington Mille-feuille with truffles and french fries.
An irresistible Olive oil pudding and raspberry sorbet.
The coolest Lemon sorbet with basil foam, filled with summer memories, and plenty more.

The shining star at Mini Bar is the Limelight tasting menu,
which is a complete programme of the entertainment offered by José Avillez.
Along with the Tasting Menu, there is also a Menu divided into several “Acts”: Snacks, Raw and Crispy,
Tempuras and Savouries, Small starters, and Mains.
And, to top it all off, irresistible desserts.

From midnight to 2am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays,
the new After-Hours Menu takes centre stage with some incredible options.
