Pella Proline Windows after 15 Years, had to replace MOST of the windows in the house BEFORE year 10 because of this poor seal of these year 2000 windows. If you have any Pella windows, please check them on the inside for blackish discoloration and rotate them in to see if the lower portion of the sash is still in one piece.
