Laurel Grodman is Managing Director of Admissions at the Yale School of Management. Laurel graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Yale College and received her M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. With deep interests in consumer behavior and innovation, she has served as a marketer for multi-million dollar brands across a variety of industries at Unilever, Citi, and Grey Advertising. Laurel returned to New Haven in 2010, where she joined the Career Development Office at the Yale School of Management. In 2014 she joined Yale SOM Admissions, where she leads the admissions committee and drives efforts to infuse data-driven thinking into the admissions process.
