Ford F-150 - FRONT FENDER REMOVAL / REPLACEMENT (2004 - 2008)

Step-by-step guide on how to remove / replace / change or install new front fender on Ford F150 truck ( 2004 | 2005 | 2006 | 2007 | 2008 | XL | XLT | LARIAT | 5.4 | SUPERCREW | CREW CAB | EXTENDED CAB | REGULAR CAB ).

I was replacing front fender for the first time on Ford F-150 and it definitely took some time. It is quite a project and lots of screws to remove. I did my best to record every screw that has to be removed and how to remove it. If you follow my video, I hope you will be able to replace the fender on your Ford truck without any problems.

When installing new fender, just follow everything in reverse order. You can get a good use fender from a car salvage or wreckers yard, hopefully in a same color. If not you will have to get a new one and have it painted / color blended.
