Xur sells Exotic armor pieces, one for each class (Titan, Hunter, Warlock) every week. He also sells 4 random Exotic weapons, 2 Exotic weapon Catalysts, 7 random Legendary weapons, a Gambit engram or Nightfall Cipher (Adept) and a full set of random legendary armor for each class. Moreover you can buy from him the Xenology quest, a Favour of the Nine Buff, Ascendant Alloy, Enhancement Cores and Glimmer. To buy exotic armor and weapon from Xur you will need Strange Coins.
