DIY Sweet Potato & Gingerbread Holiday Cookies Recipe

Christmas eve is almost here and there’s one special event we all have to get ready for: our furkids Christmas meal! 🎅🐶😸 It’s not all about us, pawrents. 🤣

Our beloved furkiddos deserve something special to celebrate the occasion, so we prepared a special holiday recipe for them. 😋 It’s a Sweet Potato Gingerbread Holiday Cookies recipe! 🍪🎄

To make it real Christmassy, let’s use the gingerbread cookie cutter and have some fun with it! 🐾❤ Your fur baby will love it!

Ingredients
• ½ organic sweet potato
• 1 teaspoon of ginger
• 2 cups of brown rice flour
• ¼ cup of water
• ½ cup of almond milk
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1 ml of NHV Turmeric
• 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
• ½ tbsp of Petomega 3 (for drizzling on top)

Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
• Stir ingredients together in a large bowl until dough forms (add the NHV Turmeric to the mix)
• Roll dough out until 1/4 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter
• Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
• Bake until golden brown
• Drizzle NHV Petomega 3
• Let cool on a wire rack
