What It Takes For Black Executives To Succeed In The C-Suite

Despite the series of pledges from major companies to significantly expand
the number of Black executives within senior management ranks, there still
remains a woeful underrepresentation of corporate leaders of color at the
highest levels. To fully explore this issue, B.E. has assembled a group of Csuite
executives who will offer their perspectives on the current state of
corporate inclusion. As such, they will share their respective journeys to
senior management, challenges and triumphs within their respective
companies, the changing corporate DEI landscape, and guidance to young
Black executives seeking to gain future power positions.
