The Flow State - ATTAIN FLOW MORE FREQUENTLY | Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

The Flow State is something we all experience from time to time – Whether it’s in sports, studying or in any other activity that we enjoy to spend time with – It’s easy to describe this state – things just start happening naturally, you become very productive and engaged with whatever it is that you are doing and you’re very relaxed and with a clear mind.
In this state; as Aaron Ralston said “…You are just thinking about what is in front of you each second”.

Ideas to help get into the Flow state:

Idea #3 - Internal representations and Physiology.
