Placencia is a delightful beach and fishing town at the end of a 16-mile-long peninsula in southeastern Belize.
It is home to the world’s narrowest main street. It is 4,071 feet long and 4 feet wide and according to the Guinness Book of World Records, is the narrowest main street in the world. The Placencia Boardwalk is the hub of all the activity, with art galleries, restaurants, bars, beaches and quaint and colorful homes.
