Fishing w/ MUD MINNOWS for Saltwater Swamp BEASTS

I take you guys with me to go fishing in the marsh of North Florida for whatever bites! We use a rig that the locals use around here with a lively Mud Minnow. These baits are like candy to the fish that live here. We put them on the end of a popping cork and kayak around to see what we can catch. There are big fish swimming around these saltwater swamps. Will we catch a North Florida saltwater GIANT? I didn't expect this to happen..
