Radio / Stereo not working, no sound from the speakers or Ford SYNC problems on second generation Ford Edge SUV? In this video I am showing all the fuses you should be checking in case you have above mentioned problems (2015 | 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | SE | SEL | LIMITED | TITANIUM | AWD | 2.0 | 1.5 ).

All fuses are located in a small fuse box in the passenger's cabin, under the steering wheel:

FUSE #28: Amplifier (20A)
FUSE #32: Ford SYNC / Radio Display / Radio Transceiver Module (10A)
FUSE #:33: Radio (20A)

If all of these fuses are good then you will have to scan the module for any codes and follow up on those. If no codes try pulling out the stereo and inspect all wiring and electrical connections behind it.
