Remember, temperatures of irons vary greatly from models, so always start with your lowest temperature that will allow you to grab the solder with the iron (for me this is 360C). If your solder doesn't flow smoothly, turn the iron up a notch and gauge. If your solder keeps melting and dripping too much, turn your iron down.
