First quarter results were pretty good for Capitalmall trust. Revenue was up.
However, that is only for Jan2020 to March2020.
Some stats are emerging, comparing first week Jan to first week April, drop of about 40% in traffic for #CMT.

However as of today, traffic looks even worse than before.

For #capitalmalltrust CMT will be doing a merger with Capital commercial trust CCT to form Capitaland integrated commercial trust CICT
It may be completed in Sept2020.
As for office reits, some say that office centricity is over.
I'm not too sure about it but I do feel #retailreits may suffer more.

For second quarter, capitalmall trust will start to see the pain.
0.8months is out of pocket rent losses.
But there are also expiring leases in 2020 and 2021 that may be difficult to replace.
Will occupancy rate be able to recover to before the pandemic

For F&B, these are 2 big concerns especially when they are one of the highest PSF tenants.
Loss of service charges
Loss of alcohol sales
