TOSTADA DE TINGA INGREDIENTS:
To cook the chicken:
► 4 garlic cloves
► 1 cup of water
► 3 lbs. chicken (mix of thighs and breast)
► 1/2 white onion
► Salt and pepper to taste
For the salsa:
► 1 tomato
► 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth (from where we cooked the chicken)
► 2 garlic cloves
► 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
► 1 can (3.7oz) of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
For the tinga:
► 1 small onion
► Some tostadas
► Some crema Mexicana
► Some lettuce
► Some queso fresco
