Harris Campaign Drops 82 Page Policy Book

Bloomberg's Wendy Benjaminson weighs in on Vice President Kamala Harris addressing the US economy today, her campaign dropping an 82 page policy book, and proposing a manufacturing tax credit along with other proposals.
