The Daughter of Man is a classic good versus evil story with many shades of gray along the way. It is set mostly in Florida where a scientist named Gerald Beck is pushing technology to the limit in a plan to save his daughter. Gerald is unaware that darkness is surrounding his family as a man known as The Burned One plots to destroy everything Gerald loves on his way to exacting vengeance on a World he views as flawed. Their paths are on a collision course that will collide in Fort Lauderdale where a hurricane unlike any ever seen on Earth threatens to wipe most of Florida off of the map.
