One Year Update... The backpack held up pretty well and is still 100% waterproof, now holding all my rain gears and work laptop, bike repair kit etc under Florida sun...

The Chrome Industries Urban Ex 100% Waterproof Rolltop 28L Backpack is an awesome backpack for bicycle commuting! They have stopped making the 28L and started making a 30L version of this backpack, the design changes include removing the exterior top ID pocket, reduced utility loops, as well as a slightly increased internal storage area.

This backpack will pretty much hold anything you need for your bicycle commuting, short or long. And it is truly 100% waterproof, as tested by me in 1hr pouring rain.
