Hiii guys!! I've been SO excited to finally share some of my favorite dinner recipes with you all 💖 Below are the details for each meal I make:
Marry Me Crockpot Chicken:
Take 1 pound of thin cut chicken breast and place in crockpot
Add in one cup of chicken broth, one cup of heavy whipping cream, sun dried tomatoes (as many as you would like) and seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, oregano, thyme, chili flakes, salt, pepper)
Cook on high for 4 hours
30 minutes before it's finished, add in pasta of choice
Optional thicken sauce with corn starch or cheese
Salmon, Broccoli, and Rice:
-Season salmon with salt, pepper, turmeric, rosemary, thyme, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, pinch of cinnamon powder
Cook salmon at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes (ours was frozen, if not frozen only 20 minutes)
Add rice (we use jasmine rice from the rice cooker)
Cook Whole Foods broccoli on stovetop for 8 minutes using olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Taylor & Jon's Signature Tacos:
-Cook 90% lean ground beef on stovetop until browned
-Add in chopped bell peppers, taco seasoning, and 2-3 big scoops of low fat cottage cheese
-Smash one avocado to use as a spread, cook rice, warm tortillas, and add Mexican cheese to finish off
Beef Chuck Pot Roast:
-Take 1 pound of boneless beef chuck and cube it
add beef to Crock Pot along with the sauce mixture:
Sauce mixture= 1 cup of beef broth, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, mix then add mixture to Crock Pot
Cook on low for 6-7 hours
30 minutes before meal is finished
Take out one cup of juice and add flour to get a paste like consistency
Add the paste back into pot and cook for last 30 minutes
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
