Rise Above Fitness with Vans Warped Tour and Forge Fitness present the Backstage Battleground. A fully equipped mobile gym for bands and crew to get fit and stay fit on tour. Training led by Brandan Schieppati, owner of Rise Above Fitness and vocalist of Bleeding Through and The Iron Son, and RAF Trainer, Kyle McCoy. The Backstage Battleground includes group training, workout programs, and diet/nutrition guidelines all while on tour.
