This Easter Egg has been a legend on its own over the last 8 years. Ever since Jason Blundell talked about it in a Call of Duty YouTube video, players tried to find it. Jason Blundell even gave interviews with a few zombie Youtubers back then, where some asked him about the impossible easter egg.

Recently the Zombies Youtuber Skite innit made a great discovery when it comes to the KN-44 from BO3. The KN-44 might have something to do with Hypercubes and highly complex mathematical ciphers. While many people are investigating in this field, I wanted to look back at previous leads over the last 8-9 years.

I found Reddit posts where people discussed the hidden terminal in the safe house. Back then only 2 secret codes were discovered that you could put in the secret menu:

In August 2023 a post was shared where new codes were mentioned:
►   / new_bo3_easter_egg_secret_terminal_menu_ne...   and
►   / all_campaign_cheatcodes_have_been_discovered  

This unlocked tons of hidden files in the campaign codex. I advise you to look at the above shared Reddit posts for more context.

Independently of this discovery, you can look at the BO3 weapons wikipedia, where each weapon has its specifications listed. Some have more text than others, but the KN-44 stands out among all of them since there is additional text and links in the description. One page refers to the KN-42A3 and KN-43A3. This could be a potential lead to solving the impossible easter egg.
