Varalakshmi Ayyagari is working as an Academic Excellence Manager at LEAD. Her work majorly revolves around training teachers and academic coordinators in schools across Telangana. She passionately works with a vision to provide excellent learning opportunities to all children. She worked as a Teach For India Fellow during the year 2019, where she taught grades 8,9 and 10 to 120 students in an affordable private school based in Secunderabad.
