A miniature poodle who has had three owners, traveled the world, survived a rescue dog home, cataracts, glaucoma and at least two near death experiences is being hailed as the world's oldest living dog. Believed by his current owner to be at least 23 years old, possibly 24, Uncle Chi-Chi, makes the Guinness recognised oldest dog called Sako from Australia look like a pup at only 22. Still going for his daily walks in Manhattan's exclusive West Village, Uncle Chi-Chi, who has been totally blind for the last decade makes light work of his 168 dog years. Currently living with film producer Frank Pavich, Uncle Chi-Chi has been with him for the last 15 years.
